Ms. Andrews is currently offering virtual individual psychotherapy to adults (18 years of age and up).

Ms. Andrews is a registered social worker in Alberta, specializing in psychodynamic psychotherapy. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Regina and is completing her Masters of Social Work from the University of Calgary in Spring 2025. Ms. Andrews received specialized training in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Interpersonal Group Therapy, and Psychedelic-assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) as part of her Master of Social Work program. She will also start her Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) Core Training in Fall 2025.

Ms. Andrews has 17 years of experience as a psychotherapist. Through an attachment lens, she provides a personalized client-centred, strength-based, and trauma-informed approach tailored to each client’s unique needs. In addition to her psychodynamic approach, Ms. Andrews is trained in and integrates other therapeutic frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Mindfulness and Narrative Therapy depending on the needs of her clients.

Ms. Andrews has significant clinical expertise in mental health and addiction, providing psychotherapy for various concerns such as complex trauma, chronic illness, anxiety, and depression. She has experience working in a diverse clinical settings including inpatient and outpatient mental health clinics. Ms. Andrews primarily works with adults experiencing internal conflicts, interpersonal struggles, and severe mental health challenges.
